How to use the Book

This handbook is designed to be practical, simple, and easy to use in its online format. You can browse it freely, jump to the stages you need, or revisit specific tips at any point during your selling journey.

1. Read through the tips or note down the numbers that matter

Each stage contains 100 short, actionable tips. You don’t need to follow them in order — most readers:

  • skim through the list,

  • note down the tip numbers that apply to them,

  • or return to the same stage whenever they need guidance.

Think of it as a quick-reference toolkit.

2. Copy and paste anything you want to keep

If you prefer offline reading or want to save specific ideas, you can:

  • copy and paste any tip or section into a simple text editor (like EditPad or Google Docs),

  • create your own checklist,

  • or save only the parts that matter to you.

This makes the book fully flexible and easy to personalise.

3. Print full stages if you want a paper version

If you prefer reading on paper, the easiest option is to print an entire stage (usually 20–30 pages).
This keeps everything in order without needing to print page by page or rearrange anything manually.

Simple, flexible, and easy to revisit

Whether you:

  • read the tips online,

  • save sections for later,

  • or print the stages you need,

this handbook gives you clear, structured support at every step of the selling process.
